Compensation/Salary: $120,000 - $130,000.

What we are looking for
Aleto Inc. is seeking to hire a Portfolio Management Lead to oversee a vast national portfolio and provide enterprise services such as budgeting, leasing, and project management. Constrained budgets and mission expansion force staff into multiple roles, limiting process improvements, training, and timely project delivery. As a Portfolio Management Lead, your role will be to oversee all work under the Task Order as the primary contact, ensuring compliance with the agency regulations and possessing a deep understanding of the Federal Program mission requirements and priorities. This opportunity is a proposal pending to be awarded.

Portfolio Management Lead -Essential Job Duties
Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist OAFM in developing the 5-year real property facility investment plan for:
- Facilities Capital Investment Plan
- Related budget by fiscal year by program
- Establish priorities based on mission criticality, facility condition, and the client’s strategic goals
- Figure out the deficit by fiscal year and suggest ways to mitigate it.
- Facilitate initiative alignment and identify cross-functional impacts of improvements or process changes.
- Lead FMD and portfolio-level strategic and ad-hoc initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support strategic planning through 5-year Program plans, annual budgets, reviews, analyses, and briefings.
- Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting support to the portfolio strategy function and project execution.
"Support government project prioritization using systems such as:
- Mission criticality index
- Facility condition index
- Opportunities for collocation and consolidation
- Ensure alignment with organizational agency goals, strategic objectives, and federal mandates.
- Support the Lease Administration team’s data population and data quality efforts in RPMS.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive records for the GSA Leased facility portfolio.
- Compile and analyze data and prepare reports for government review and submission.
Qualifications/Capabilities/Software Knowledge
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in the field of either engineering, architecture, business, OR;
- Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent institution, or Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architectural Registration (license).
Technological Skills:
- Three (3) years of experience with advanced data analytics tools.
- Shall be versed in computer programs such as RPMS, which track real property.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Seven (7) years of experience managing programs/projects like the areas identified for this role.
- Ten (10) years of supervisory experience.
- Seven (7) years of federal asset and facilities management experience.
- Five (5) years of experience in managing programs with complex facility projects, budgets, and processes.
Other:
- Highest level of integrity managing confidential information

Aleto’s Team Lead Position Responsibilities
- Schedule weekly/bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with your Aleto direct report(s) where you will review day-to-day operations and deliverables and provide support as needed.
- Schedule monthly 1:1 meetings with your direct report(s) where you set aside the day-to-day operations discussions and review topics pertaining to the individual’s professional development. The team lead will review the progress around their goals and encourage them to take advantage of various educational programs and opportunities that align with their career interests.
- Participate in Aleto’s Tri-Annual Performance Development Program.
- Actively engage, contribute, and lead efforts in promoting Aleto’s culture.
- Attend and engage in Aleto’s Leadership Development program which includes meeting with leaders across the organization to learn about designated leadership topics and networking with your peers.
- Partner with your team lead and HR (if necessary) to immediately address any concerns or issues surrounding the behavior or performance of your direct report should they arise.
- Ensure accurate timekeeping for the team including the coordination of PTO coverage plans and approving leave requests
- Conduct candidate interviews if there is an open vacancy on the project
- Provide operational updates to the Senior Strategic team
- Facilitate new employee onboarding specific to project requirements which may include training newly hired staff

Environment and Physical Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time, move inside and around an office, position themself to access items located in high or low areas, and transport items weighing up to 20 pounds across the office. Requires the constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery and the ability to observe details at a close range typically within a few feet of the observer. The employee interacts frequently with other workers, vendors, and clients and will communicate information and ideas so others will understand and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The position consistently requires work to be completed in an office environment with artificial light and air.
